Hotel staff is quite friendly, but request to calm down noisy teenagers was not acted upon for 2 days. Everybody promises, nobody acts. Security personnel did not know what to do and often was not there at all. I am glad- it was just noise and no violence. .. More>

overall, my stay was great but i did have a few complaints. first with the good stuff. the hotel staff was absolutely great. luis, the bartender in the main bar was friendly and worked his tail off. karen, the waitress on the beach was as hard a worker as this resort had. she never stopped moving. ..
