We have been to a number of resorts in the Cancun and Riveria Maya area and this hotel tops every one of them. There is not one single thing that we could have experienced to make this trip more perfect. When you walk into this hotel, the immediate vibe is that you are in a truly special place. They treat you like royalty anfpd they think of everything so you don't have to. Our every need as far as services were met and even needs that we didn't think that we had . An example would be their turndown service. When you return to your room for the evening, the staff has your room properly lit, the aroma of your choice fills the air, the tv is turned to a soft music with a relaxing visual, bedroom slippers are at each bedside and chocolates as well as water are on the night stands. That is just one example and I could write at least 10 more without giving it much thought at all. We can't wait to go back to again experience the epitome of luxury, stellar service, delicious foods and drink.

Le Blanc was my 2nd all-inclusive resort and my first time in Cancun. I loved every second I spent in Cancun and at Le Blanc. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and very accommodating, and the food was excellent! The wifi was great. We used our spa resort credits for mani/pedis. We also used our resort credits to take a ferry to Isla Mujeres which resulted in spending the day at Discovery Dolphin Park where you could go swimming with the dolphins or snorkeling. My boyfriend and I chose to wait for the ferry and explore downtown Isla Mujeres. We rented a golf cart and explored the town. We only had a little over an hour which was disappointing. Also going from a place like Le Blanc to the Dolphin Park was like night and day. The red flag was up the entire time of our trip, but that didn't stop us from having an awesome time. I cannot wait to go back to Le Blanc and explore more of Cancun!

Everything about Le Blanc was First Class!! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were treated incredible. The room was beautiful. The food and drinks were amazing. The spa and fitness area are top notch. EVERYTHING was great!! I look forward to going back.

I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed this vacation! The food at the hotel was excellent in all of the restaurants, we had top shelf alcohol, the staff was great... I could go on and on! The beach was beautiful and our view was great! We never had a hard time finding chairs at the pool or at the beach. We had a couples massage and used the spa facilities and they were excellent. All in all a perfect vacation! If I had to complain (which I am not really doing), the hotel next door was a little loud one day when they were having a pool party for the families but it was not a big deal. Also, unless you are really interested, I would skip the time share presentation in the beginning. A very nice firm no will work! You can always find out more information about it at a later time.

Nice Hotel. The only complaint I had was they try to hard sell you to attend a meeting trying to get you to join their "club" to vacation there more often ...not what you want when you are trying to get into your room and start a relaxing vacation.

If you are looking for the ultimate in a relaxing couples getaway with 5 Star service LeBlanc Spa & Resort is the destination for you. My wife and I had the pleasure of being guests at LeBlanc this past week. We would like to thank Janai Valdez (GM) and the entire LeBlanc staff for what was an amazing experience. We were highly impressed with all the facilities and their attention to detail. Our room (Royale Honeymoon Oceanfront) and the overall resort including the pools, lounges, beach and lagoon were breathtaking. The mood created in the spa through the architecture, lighting, aromas, and music coupled with the sauna, steam-room, therapeutic baths and massage was nothing short of magical. The food at every restaurant was 5 Star. Whether it was breakfast at the International, lunch on the beach in our cabana, or dinner at LeBlanc Asia, Italia or Lumiere, every meal was a feast for the eyes as well as the palette. As impressed as Shelly and I were with all of these aspects of LeBlanc they all pale in comparison to LeBlanc’s most impressive asset...THE TEAM! THE LEBLANC TEAM IS THE BEST! From the time we arrived we were treated to the best service we have ever experienced. The team not only impressed us with their attention to detail but more importantly their genuine kindness. Our butlers Ibrain and Francisco not only helped us with arrangements such as dinner reservations and transportation to the airport but went above and beyond. Francisco quickly recognized our habit of dining early and not drinking alcohol and made sure to have our bed turned down and water on each nightstand when we returned each evening. Jesus and Jair did a wonderful job of taking care of us the two days we reserved a cabana on the beach. Aura & Socorro provided an amazing couples massage. They were both very skilled, professional and pleasant creating an environment where both Shelly and I were comfortable and relaxed. Anna and Julien escorted Shelly and I through the spa sauna, steam room and water treatments ensuring that we experienced everything the spa had to offer before they brought us back together for the massage. The team members at the LeBlanc restaurants were equally impressive. Whether it was Isabel’s smiling face each morning as she happily prepared our omelettes, Misael spending extra time gathering just the right condiments and dicing Shelly’s chicken just so for her "special tacos" or the members of the International wait staff like Roberto, Manuel, Armando or Miguel and their amazing level of service everyone we met at LeBlanc helped make our visit a wonderful experience. Even within a superior team such as LeBlanc's there are those that distinguish themselves as SuperStars. Those team members with whom we made a special connection. Shelly and I would like to take a moment to acknowledge those with whom we made a special bond in our short time at LeBlanc. Jose - LeBlanc International Jose waited on us our first morning at LeBlanc. Every morning after that he greeted us with a handshake and a hug. It didn’t matter whether or not we were seated in his area. He went out of his way to greet us. He is the type of person whose enthusiasm and kindness is contagious. Alberto - LeBlanc Asia Alberto was our server on our first night at LeBlanc Asia. When we returned a few nights later we asked if we could again spend our evening with him. His pleasant demeanor and attention to detail coupled with his desire to make us comfortable in an unfamiliar setting made Alberto stand out even on a great team. Manuel - Lumiere Manuel is a true gem. He is a rare blend of professional and friend. The first evening we dined at Lumiere Manuel helped us through the menu making recommendations for every course, all of which turned out to be delicious. When we returned a few nights later we asked to be with him again. When he emerged from the back and saw us he immediately came over and in his booming voices said “You are back my friends. It is such a pleasure to see you again”. He remembered all of our favorites including the fact that we don’t drink alcohol. He immediately brought us our cokes and even placed a can of coke in the champagne bucket with a smile and a nod. At the end of the evening we had a wonderful visit with Manuel where he again expressed how much he enjoyed the evening. You can’t fake that type of kindness. Mr. Valdez - If you have the opportunity to read this post, please pass on to all your staff (especially those we have mentioned) how much we appreciate them. We stayed here for a company trip and the workers are amazing and very helpful. Very hard workers! The second you step onto to front steps you are greeted with the best service and it smells amazing! The spa was very relaxing! We did leave the resort to see the night life for a brief moment which is highly recommended. I was surprised how commercialized Cancun is; however, it was a great time. Perfect beach for picking shells with the family and relaxing. Also, this hotel has a Sea Turtles! They help them into the water at night and the people staying at the hotel can hold them and let one loose! AMAZING!!! Highly recommended to anyone reading this review.

The service was wonderful. See Hilario at the Italian for extraordinary dinning experience. Food was as good as anything anywhere. The Butler, the spa, the food, the pool side service again the food food food was beyond compare.

Fantastic resort with superb dining options. Choice of pools with waiter service. Swim up bar in main pool. Resort credits not really good value. We had 1500 dollars unspent. We stayed in the Governor Suite with great sea views on both balconies.

Third Time Here - Never Disappoints

To put it simply. We just love coming here. This time we were here for 10 days and wished we could just buy a room :). I neglected to write about our second visit, but that was about six months ago and it's still the same. Details below. Download the Le Blanc App and you can basically request anything you want without speaking to anyone. (more fun to speak with people but super convenient) Rooms: Granted this resort seems a little aged, and is due for it's renovation this summer and can't wait to see what they present. We have stayed in the royal honeymoon suite each time and probably wouldn't change that. Since we aren't in the room that much, you get an ocean view and all the amenities needed. Use the room menu to order the scented pillows, more pillows, aroma therapy, etc. They will fill you bath for you ready for when you return to your room with rose petals and champagne. Jesus, our butler, was AWESOME! So nice and very attentive. Common Areas: These are fine. Comfortable seating areas and places to meet with other guests, or more private areas to relax. There is one main lobby bar and seems able to keep up with demand. The live music in the evening is very relaxing. Cello, violin, piano and other types are found in the lobby bar. Pools: We only go to the main pool on the first floor. It's the largest, over looks the ocean, and we tend to grab a drink (or a few) and just hang out at the negative edge staring off into the beautiful beach and water. There is a smaller pool above that one that seems quieter and is next to a grill where there are pizzas and sandwiches. Service is amazing thanks to Lucinda, Laura, and others. They remember everything you've had and are there when you need them. On this rare occasion, our first day was met with some pretty obnoxious guests exercising their livers to the max. After some yelling, stumbling and what appeared to almost be a fight, security was involved and we never saw them for the remainder of the visit. Not something you would think you would see at a hotel of this caliber. Most guests are polite and friendly and just want to relax. At 3pm the butlers all come out to the tune of Justin Timberlakes Can't Stop This Feeling carrying little bites of food for people to try. One of the only things I wish they would do is play a little more upbeat music in the afternoon. Nothing crazy but a play list of deep house or more chill music would be great. We never went to the lagoon pool, but we hear you can get more sun there once it passes behind the main building. The food from the grill is a good size to ease your cravings until the next main meal. Staff and Service: Can't really compare. Now... our last time (2nd) we noticed that it felt there was a little lacking but it could have just been one of those off moment. This time was pretty awesome. One reason could be that they were training their staff for the Cabo location. Tons of people around ready to get you anything you need. Halfway through the vacation they emailed me asking how our stay was. I said perfect but missed the smoked salmon in the morning. The very next morning Jose asked me how much smoked salmon I would like and it was available every day after that. I was definitely not expecting this and it was very nice. Breakfast: In the morning Jose would take complete care of us. There was a trainee with him. I believe his name was Rolando. Manuel also was fantastic. They would have everything ready or being delivered when we sat down. The lady who worked the grill was so sweet and would make fresh eggs Benedict and other special recommendations. It was great. This was in the international restaurant off the Lobby. Lunch: Same - Those three mentioned above to complete care of us. I usually made a plate of the raw proteins and had them grilled. You can ask for fresh corn tortillas if you want to make your own. There are MANY other options as well. We took lunch in the international restaurant as well. For a change, try the grill on the second floor for pizza. They will also make you a pizza with whatever you want. We had a gorgonzola pear pizza and it was really good. Dinner: There seem to be a lot of opinions on the dinners here. For this level of hotel I wish the food was more on par, but here is my opinion. BlancAsia: We always hope it's better the next time but it never has been. The first time we were there it was good, but I had the pork belly and it was like a gelatinous blob. The sushi is okay but not the best by far. Also, we never had good service at the Asian except on our first visit. Being there 9 nights this time we tried it again and it just wasn't good. Lumiere: I get it. It's the one restaurant people pull their shirts with buttons out for, but it just doesn't hit the mark for me. All food at this resort is very nicely presented. I would say go once if you are here for an extended time and see what you think if you like it you can always go back. Blanc International:This is the first time we went there and we went back twice. It's casual and they had really good Mexican food this time. They also have steaks and other great items. Bland Italia: This is our favorite at the resort. I wouldn't call it authentic Italian, but it's consistent. The service is amazing, the ambiance is muted and elegant. Twice we have had a special dinner presented to us here and it's been fantastic. The mushroom risotto is awesome, and the bread is hard to resist. Ivan who used to be the Maitre D and now I believe he heads the catering?, is amazing. We have seen him each time we have gone and he goes the extra mile. Chef's Dinner: This was fun. There were WAY more people than I expected. For some reason I had it in my head there would be 8 to 12 of us interacting with the chef. There probably about 50. The chef was engaging and entertaining and we sat next to a very nice couple we met. Not sure if it was worth it but it was resort credits so might as well try it. The mushroom soup he made was the star. Gym: Everything you need while on vacation. Except a rowing machine :). Spa: We like to relax when we travel and tend to do various spa treatments when we do. This spa is very nice. You can utilize all the common areas as a guest in case you want to get out of the sun and relax. As mentioned it does get pricy. If you are traveling as a couple get the Kukulan couples massage with 4 hands. I had a facial this time and it was a great way to relax and "fix" any sun damage. The attendants are very nice and make the treatments tailored to your liking. Grab some ginger water and a nut bar, have a seat with a scented neck pillow and just melt away. Entertainment: As stated above, the lobby is a nice place to relax with some classical music. As for the shows... It's something to do. No doubt the performers and actors are well trained, but it was the same show each time we came. Would have liked a little more variation. The Four Tenors were fun. Excursions: The first time we came we never left. The second visit we swam with the whale sharks and did the catamaran snorkel tour. Those were both really great. This time we were not sure and decided to do the Adventure Maya Snorkel Tour.... Unless you like being in the car for five hours, snorkel for a total of an hour and half, don't do it. The snorkeling was fine. The cave was probably the most interesting, but I would have done one of the others from the second visit again vs this. Offsite Dining: Our second visit we went to Temp at Paradisus. Wow that is some amazing food and an all around experience. This time we went to La Punta at the Nizuc resort. Ivan, the one I spoke of above recommended this restaurant to us. Nizuc at night is stunning. The restaurant was pretty awesome. We had a seafood platter of lobster, octopus, scallops, shrimp, and fish. We also ordered another lobster tail. It was all grilled to perfection. Highly recommend this restaurant. Overall: Can't wait to come back after they renovate and also looking forward to trying the Cabo location. It's currently not the bright shining new star, but I have high hopes for when they re-open.
