We have been to a number of resorts in the Cancun and Riveria Maya area and this hotel tops every one of them. There is not one single thing that we could have experienced to make this trip more perfect. When you walk into this hotel, the immediate vibe is that you are in a truly special place. They treat you like royalty anfpd they think of everything so you don't have to. Our every need as far as services were met and even needs that we didn't think that we had . An example would be their turndown service. When you return to your room for the evening, the staff has your room properly lit, the aroma of your choice fills the air, the tv is turned to a soft music with a relaxing visual, bedroom slippers are at each bedside and chocolates as well as water are on the night stands. That is just one example and I could write at least 10 more without giving it much thought at all. We can't wait to go back to again experience the epitome of luxury, stellar service, delicious foods and drink.

Le Blanc was my 2nd all-inclusive resort and my first time in Cancun. I loved every second I spent in Cancun and at Le Blanc. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and very accommodating, and the food was excellent! The wifi was great. We used our spa resort credits for mani/pedis. We also used our resort credits to take a ferry to Isla Mujeres which resulted in spending the day at Discovery Dolphin Park where you could go swimming with the dolphins or snorkeling. My boyfriend and I chose to wait for the ferry and explore downtown Isla Mujeres. We rented a golf cart and explored the town. We only had a little over an hour which was disappointing. Also going from a place like Le Blanc to the Dolphin Park was like night and day. The red flag was up the entire time of our trip, but that didn't stop us from having an awesome time. I cannot wait to go back to Le Blanc and explore more of Cancun!

Everything about Le Blanc was First Class!! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were treated incredible. The room was beautiful. The food and drinks were amazing. The spa and fitness area are top notch. EVERYTHING was great!! I look forward to going back.

I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed this vacation! The food at the hotel was excellent in all of the restaurants, we had top shelf alcohol, the staff was great... I could go on and on! The beach was beautiful and our view was great! We never had a hard time finding chairs at the pool or at the beach. We had a couples massage and used the spa facilities and they were excellent. All in all a perfect vacation! If I had to complain (which I am not really doing), the hotel next door was a little loud one day when they were having a pool party for the families but it was not a big deal. Also, unless you are really interested, I would skip the time share presentation in the beginning. A very nice firm no will work! You can always find out more information about it at a later time.

Nice Hotel. The only complaint I had was they try to hard sell you to attend a meeting trying to get you to join their "club" to vacation there more often ...not what you want when you are trying to get into your room and start a relaxing vacation.

A week in Paradise!

We just got back from our vacation at LeBlanc in Cancun for a week, from May 10th through the 17th. We have been “Socios” (Members) of Palace Resorts since 2010 and never had the opportunity to visit this Resort before because we usually travel as a family. In this special Anniversary occasion we were able to get away by ourselves and finally have the chance to visit this amazing resort. I can say that all the great reviews are on point and well deserved. We stayed at one of the Royal Honeymoon Suites, Oceanfront on the 6th floor. The room itself is nice and spacious but the service… WOW! Our Butler Francisco was great, always friendly and attentive. Everywhere you turn everyone smiles and greets you and makes you feel welcome. They have an awesome atmosphere throughout the hotel. The restaurants were all nice, our favorite was the Asian Restaurant, ate there twice during our stay and everything we tried was delicious. Our servers Alberto and Alejandro were amazing, constantly checking on us and making sure we had a great experience. We also would like to mention Elias at the bar, we sat with him several times, always yummy drinks and awesome conversation, they were others at the bar that were also wonderful but we don’t remember all the names, one of the cocktail waitresses was super nice and always making sure we were attended, Jose at the International Restaurant/Buffet also gave us great service during breakfast and Lunch times. I must mention that although we had a great time and I would absolutely recommend Le Blanc, this hotel is not for everyone. It’s not a “fun” hotel, there is no music or partying going on. This is more like a relaxing/spa type of place. We usually like more action, we are not the kind of people that like to spend the day relaxing and reading by the pool. For this reason we went out of the Hotel a lot on tours, it was a good mix, because we visited Xplor, Coco Bongos, El Cielo Sandbar in Cozumel, went on the Jolly Roger Pirate Show Tour and snorkeling in Cozumel. Whenever we got back to the Hotel we were so tired that the relaxing ambiance was awesome! I can say we loved our stay but will not be coming back soon, maybe in a few years.

Travel Dates:. April 16 - 27,2018 LeBlanc Spa and Resort - Cancun is the #1 ranked "All-Inclusive" resort in Mexico, based on travelers reviews on Trip Advisor. It definitely lives up to it's FIVE DIAMOND status. We have been coming to LeBlanc since 2011. This trip we were ce!ebrating our 10th wedding anniversary. We did a vow renewal handled unbelievablely by Shayli. We felt like the minister,Geno had known us for years because the ceremony was so personally handled. From the heart shaped cake, the two dozen rose bouquet, to the beautifully decorated gazebo, everything was perfect. The rooms are fabulous at LeBlanc!!! All of the suites are superbly appointed with the right amenities for your upmost comfort. The housekeeping personnel are some of the best we have ever encountered. Our butlers, Enrique and Joel, were outstanding from unpacking to making sure our aromatherapy was always perfect. They even decorated our room for our 10th anniversary celebration. We dined at all the restaurants at least twice each, all were great. Service and food were equally excellent. Karen Gomez arranged for a special dinner for us on our anniversary. Special thanks to her and the staff from the International restaurant: Jonathan, Oscar, Omar and chef Carlos Hernandez. The excellent staff at the BlancAsia made our dinners special:. Tony, the manager, our waiter Jose Luis and his assistant Alex. Our breakfasts and lunches, in the BlancInternational, were made terrific daily occasions by Marco, the manager, Vanessa, our hostess, as well as our servers:. Armando, Marcellino, Candiloria and Elias. A special thank you to Alfonso, the entertainment manager. You were an excellent host for the Chef's Dinner as well as the Paul Ponce show. Alex is one of the great bartenders at the BlancStage. Our pool bartender, Juan Carlos, always knew what we wanted to drink before we did. Guadaloupe at the reception desk was a welcome sight each day. Judith and Maria served us well as our vacation planners. Juan Carlos, our transportation director took good care of us during our trip back to the airport. We really appreciated our employee friends attending our vow renewal. Leslie and Erika, you were great photographers!!!! We are already looking forward to our next visit soon.

RELAXING AND ROMANTIC!

We stayed here from May 15th to May 19th, 2018 to celebrate our anniversary for a few days. We left wishing we had stayed longer. The Le Blanc excels at personal service and luxury. All of the employees that we enjoyed interacting with have worked there for more than 5 years and some more than 10 years. This was evident in the attitudes and attentiveness with all that we dealt with. We stayed in an ultra-quiet and comfortable Oceanfront Honeymoon Suite with Jacuzzi that offered butler service. Our butlers were Alex and Antonio, who both took very, very good care of us throughout our stay. The beachfront infinity pool area was gorgeous. Several staffers were available to situate guests with an umbrella, a filled ice bucket for cooling bottled water, and place towels on the chaise loungers. Another friendly and competent group were the waiters and waitresses at the pool bar, and most especially, Jeanette, who spoiled us the entire time! The 3rd floor Terrace Bar had a live band playing at 9:30 pm on our first night. This band plays twice a week. We really enjoyed their music selections and range of talent...just wish they played every night! One thing we especially enjoyed was when the audience and band requested that Pauline, our outgoing and friendly cocktail waitress, come up and sing a couple of tunes...She is fantastic! We didnt think she noticed us cheering for her in our corner of the bar but the next afternoon, she hurried over to hug and thank us... We enjoyed our visits to all the restaurants in the resort but the International Fusion Restaurant overlooking the pool and beach was a wonderful surprise! By day it features a nice indoor lunch but in the evening, they feature a Saxophone player or Cellist around 7 pm, white tablecloths with candlelight, a gorgeous sunset, and a great 4 or 5 course menu with many choices! It is the only restaurant that has dinner music (which we love)! The waiters are also very friendly and quite helpful with recommendations for some food allergies. Herman, Daniel, and Ulysses were especially good at their work and took helping with this quite seriously. This hotel is about to undergo some renovations in June as we understand it and will reopen in early November. As it was quite special and luxurious to us before the proposed renovations, Im sure we will be quite wowed when we return--which will be ASAP! Cudos to the Hotel Mgmt and leadership for great training and for the great morale among your employees! My only disappointment was that our Resort Credit was not usable for two massages in spa, only one, though we had an adequate credit we could have applied. I hope the rules can be adjusted on this. In my opinion, this rule comes across as "stingy" and out of character for the rest of the amenities and luxury.

We have been to Le Blanc twice now at Thanksgiving time and are about to visit again at the end of this week. Obviously we love it if we keep coming back!! The people who work there are amazing and the food is superb, especially at Lumiere. Our last trip, though, the service was lacking compared to the first. We seemed to be jinxed the first two days—it seemed like no one would wait on us at the pool, couldn’t get into any of the fitness classes because people had booked them out in advance for the entire week, couldn’t get reasonable reservations at Lumiere. We finally complained after trying the Beach and watching everyone around us get served drinks while we waited 40 min for ours, eventually having to walk up to the bar. One of the managers did come by to make it right and set up a wonderful experience for us at Lumiere that night. We also had requested a room on a higher floor well in advance and still only ended up on the 5th floor. We are hopeful that our upcoming trip will be much more like our first trip so that we can continue to see it as our Sanctuary! Terra Caputo and Michael Charlillo
